For many reasons, indoor air quality has become a serious issue for homeowners, office workers and factory owners.  In North America, we spend a lot of time inside, and not always under the healthiest conditions.  Poor indoor air quality is affected by everything:  heating systems in winter; air conditioning in summer; condensation and humidity from season to season; and even lousy ventilation from room to room.  And with mold, personal health can be impacted - from mild allergic reactions, to more serious conditions that affect the entire respiratory system.

 

Mould Hound tests air quality with a multi-pronged approach – we use computerized instruments; thermal imaging equipment; and extensive lab analysis – we isolate, identify and evaluate the air quality issue at hand.  Beyond the high-tech methodology, we employ our famous Mould Detection K-9 – a certified mold detection dog who is especially useful when mold is hidden behind walls, ceiling or floors.  In the final stages of our environmental assessment, we provide a detailed report that outlines exactly what we found:  what we tested for; what levels we found; and what the safe levels should be.  We then make specific recommendations on remediation of the problem – we suggest a plan of attack, perhaps some product options, and reliable contractors who can assist you.
